Several of my technicians have reported that the Rescue Desktop App will close for seemingly no reason, and when they reopen it they are able to pick back up on the chat they had, but the chat log from before the crash is gone. I can't pull the chat log as an Admin in the Reports area either-- it's blank. This is frustrating as we keep all our chat records with our customers and now have blanks in our records. Is this a bug or something the technicians are doing?
