Can't get back into tech console after large file transfer.

Wow, LogMeIn, zero phone support for your product now? HTTP 404 when logging in to submit a ticket? This isn't good at all.

I need to get into my account. Everytime I use this app to transfer a large amount of files I cannot get into it from any computer, any app, or any browser. It hangs and acts like it is transferring the files all over again, but it's not it just has to sit there and go thorugh each one in the log.

I need access to my account right now.
