Unattended Fails

Hello,

I have been using LMI Rescue for over a year and we manage over 500 computers using this great tool.

However, we notice quite frequently that unattended access will fail from the beginning when we first request access from our clients (even though Reboot unattended works fine).

Is there a setting that needs to activated/deactivated on the system so that unattended doesn't fail? I have seen this on at least 50 different units. So, though I don't believe its LMI itself, I would like some suggestions on what we can do at our end to make sure this feature is always functional.

Hi,

I have de same problem, mainly with WinServer/2003,2008,2012 Win/7 Win/8.

The problem became worst if i try to reconnect in the unattended option, send me an error with no code number just " Error de activación del acceso desatendido.".

Somebody konws what to do in these case?

Hi,

I have similar issues too. When just connecting to a machine it works fine, but one some other machines once the unattended client is installed and i try to connect it randomly disconnects. I have logged a case for this but think it has them stumped!

This seems to be mainly when we are connecting to Windows 2003 servers.

I also have issues where technicians are not alloed to uninstall unattended access from the technician console (the button to do it is disabled). Again they seem to be stumped.

I will let you know if i get an update from them though.
