I have been using LMI Rescue for over a year and we manage over 500 computers using this great tool.
However, we notice quite frequently that unattended access will fail from the beginning when we first request access from our clients (even though Reboot unattended works fine).
Is there a setting that needs to activated/deactivated on the system so that unattended doesn't fail? I have seen this on at least 50 different units. So, though I don't believe its LMI itself, I would like some suggestions on what we can do at our end to make sure this feature is always functional.
