Key-in problem

When I type on my remote keyboard, LogMeIn treats the host computer like I am holding down the Windows key. For example, every time I type an "e" on the remote keyboard, the host computer opens a MyComputer file explorer window.

This makes the remote login unusable. Does anyone know how to disable this so that letters typed remotely just show up as letters on the host screen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's usually a keyboard bug, not one specific to LogMeIn. We just happen to trigger it more often.

Press the Windows key while in a session to see if it will release it. If not, reboot the chost computer.
