During exams in GoTo Training, the score shows up in white font on white background. How can I fix?

During exams in GoTo Training, my attendees are seeing their score within the new pop-up window as white-color font on a white-color background. They can click-hold-drag across the blank area to highlight the text, but it's very confusing for many of my attendees. How can I fix this error?

Hi, Glenn. I have had luck simulating the attendee-experience with my DOIT person, Jeanne. She's put together those HAR logs for you to review with the developers. The error of the blank screen did appear for her during this silumation.

Thank you, the screenshots help present the issue, I have reopened the case and taken ownership for now. The developers are asking for the log (aka HAR) files from the attendee browser which may show the cause. The steps to gather the HAR file is quite straight forward and documented here, and they can be emailed to me at gotoservice at logmein dot com

I have screen shots (I provided them in an earlier case with GoTo, case # 22198300, but that case was closed due to the 2

-day limit). I've provided the screenshot of the blank box, which shows faint words about the short answer questions, and I've also provided the screenshot of the text after it's been highlighted (via a click-hold-drag across the blank area). I hope this info helps.

Yes, thank you. I'll continue to try and recreate the issue, once I have I can open a ticket for it for the team to investigate. If any of your attendees are able to take a screenshot of what they are seeing it would be very helpful.

Hi, yes, within the library as well, each exam is set-up that upon test submittal, it shows only test scores. Those who have been nice enough to share that this is happening have not shared additional information. I have people that use both PCs and Macs, I believe. If it's helpful, we had considered if their computer was set to block pop-ups, but a few people have shared that they disabled that feature and the error still happened.

Hi, Glen, thank you. I have it set up for only test scores. This is the succession of choices from the prompts at the end of the exam: I choose "end exam" and then I close the window without selecting the "share results". My training program does not want to share the results so I don't say yes to that option.

Show correct answers and test scores
Show only test scores
Show neither

Can you share any information about the attendees who reported this issue? Were they using Windows PCs or Macs?

Hi. I am in need of assistance for a re-occurring error that my attendees have when reach the end of their exam through GoTo Training. The pop-up displays their score in white color font with a white background. This blank box has many attendees confused; I cannot find a reason to why this keeps happening to them. I need someone in GoTo Training to assist me in figuring out this error so I can ensure my future exam sessions go smoothly. Can someone please help me?
