In the Devices > Details section, please add graphics data to show manufacturer, model, and amount of RAM on the graphics card. In the Devices > Performance section, please add a panel for graphics card performance.
The Devices > Performance page displays a Battery Status panel for all of our DESKTOP computers. This panel erroneously shows that batteries in our desktops are at 100% and that the status is "Charging - high charge." When logging into a queue for availability, agents need the option to log directly into a pause status for instances of meetings or follow up at the beginning of a shift. Currently when logging in for a shift the agents have to always take a call to get into Contact center before they can move to a pause status.
Is there a possibility to add mail notification options for end users in cc? Notification opt-out would also be useful. Hello, For the past 10 days or so, we are seeing a large number of incoming Caller ID names displaying random names. So far, support has pointed us to the carriers, but the ones we are able to check appear correct with the carrier. Would like to know if others are experiencing anything similar. Thanks!
