Was there a Gotomypc update last night? Because this morning I had five separate users all report the same Gotomypc problem: they attempted to connect, their- I'm sorry. Six separate users. A new one just contacted me. Logged into the GTMPC web sites, clicked their computers, got 'attempting to establish connection', sat…
Remote computer has Kaspersky on it. When logging in today there was a pop-up stating there is a certificate issue with Outlook. "Invalid name of certificate". Unfortunately, I cannot click either option on the pop-up (Disconnect/Continue) remotely. I can't do ANYTHING else on the computer. I must deal with this popup…
We have our remote PCs connected to a large monitor set at 1920x1080 which matches the resolution on the laptops we use to connect with. However, after a couple of weeks the screen resolution on the host computer changed itself to 1024x768. This makes it so we cannot see everything we need to with the applications we are…
Host computer is unavailable. GoToMyPC icon is missing in system tray and receive a message of "GoToMyPC didn't start. Please try again." Uninstalled and tried reinstalling but same message keeps popping up.
I got a message this morning from a user whose machine showed as unavailable when she tried to log in. When I connected to the Gotomypc account for my org more than half of our computers were also unavailable, all of them as of 5:41 or 5:42 AM EST. Upon examination they have the Gotomypc service running, but stopping it…

Since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the Gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection. The problem is resolved by an admin RDP'ing into the affected machine and restarting the Gotomypc…
I had a user who has lost the Ctrl+Alt+Del from the Tools menu of his GoToMyPC. He is using a fullu patched MS SUrface Pro 7 running Windows 10, fully updated.
Two-factor authentication not working. Unable to gain access. UK Contact Phone Number not answering. Any suggestions?
Currently we have 2 users that suddenly have 4 displays in display manager, they should only have 2, and it will no longer allow them to extend the displays across the 2 monitors. Reboot does not solve the issue. Has any one else had this issue? How do you recommend we remediate. Thank you!
