I have been in contact with support and this is a known issue that when connecting from T-mobile (US) LTE service one is unable to connect to GoToMyPC. Wondering when a fix will be available.
GoToMyPC keeps switching my default printer to the GoToMyPC printer every time I connect remotely. Is there a way I can stop it from doing this?
Why do we now have to prove we are not robots? We enter login information and then it checks browser and then you have to login again. Not happy with this change. Jim

I'm in Europe and when I connect I get a black screen. The menus are black (not grayed out) so I figured it was Trusteer. But even when I disable Trusteer, I get the same black screen. Any other suggestions?
