GoToMyPC keeps switching my default printer to the GoToMyPC printer every time I connect remotely. Is there a way I can stop it from doing this?

I'm in Europe and when I connect I get a black screen. The menus are black (not grayed out) so I figured it was Trusteer. But even when I disable Trusteer, I get the same black screen. Any other suggestions?

Is there a cheaper package. I seldom use it and I started out at $8 and now it is $44 thats a big difference. I don't use it enough to pay $44 so if there is not a cheaper package I'm just going to cancel. Thanks Kay TNT Satellites
