Hi, Is there a way to restrict access to the recording link? For example, only letting those who have registered for the webinar be allowed to access the recording link? Right now anyone can input their information and access the recording regardless of registration.
Hi Community, I just hosted a standard webinar and encountered two issues. The participants were unable to unmute themselves and couldn't turn on their webcams. Are there specific settings I need to adjust, or is it not possible for participants to interact during the session?
The font on the GoTo Webinar page has changed and is very hard to read. The font is big enough, just very light. I contacted support and they said there isn't any way to change the font to something more readable and suggested I post here to see if anyone else is having the same issue?
