Hi all, While setting the parameters for Virtual event, I have realised, that the Emails settings are unavailable for changing. It only allows to change the Name and Email address, but not the frequency or to cancel sending any of emails from GTW. Is there anything I'm missing? Thanks for the help!

Hello, After a recent webinar an attendee received the "Sorry you couldn't make it" email but she said she did attend. Her name is on the list but it says "no" in the column for attendance. Our attendees are using these webinars for education credits, but they have to watch the live webinar. Any ideas? Thank you.

We seem to consistently have issues uploading videos (MP4) to webinars in the "Engage your Attendees" section. Either the video takes an incredibly long time to upload, or it doesn't upload at all.
