We are a lead gen company, and we call hundreds of leads a day. It'll be best and very helpful if there is a feature in Goto Voice where we can save a pre-recorded message to play or to send as our voicemail message to leads who don't answer.
Many users that work in offices are not at their desks so it would be nice if you could assign a call park/call park retrieve icon in the app. This is a feature that RingCentral and several other hosted providers have on their mobile apps. I know you can dial a code but dialing *37+the park location is very cumbersome.
An integration should be implemented for Clio Manage and Clio Grow. The existing integration for Clio Manage lacks many features and often does not work as expected.
At the moment, it's only possible to attach images in the chat, but it would be great to be able to copy and paste images directly into the message input field. Right now, we can only paste text. Could you consider adding this feature?

The phones support pauses, but the speed dials don't allow commas (,). Doesn't make sense. The "workaround" is for me to manually go into each phone and add the commas. C
Currently, there is no way to configure a greeting for the AI receptionist. It would be nice if customers could configure how the AI receptionist greets customers, such as announcing the business name and providing information to escape to a human operator.
I just found out my phone line was reconfigured - outside callers said they were getting a dial tone instead of reaching me.
