I am trying to login and the one time security code never arrives. I have run mail traces in O365 and it just never shows up. I went to the contact us page and I guess the 24/7 support isn't 24/7 -
When I'm logged into my work computer, and am idle for any length of time, the remote computer is going to the windows login screen. This is especially frustrating when I'm comparing hard copies to the data on my screen - this has only happened after installing the latest update today.
Hello, I've got a customer complaining that some Excel spreadsheets, when he prints remotely, the text shows upside down. It seems to happen only with Excel, when he prints from Outlook it's ok. He uses an HP LaserJect P3015n on the client machine. Any ideas? Thank you!
File manager on Mac won't see mapped network drives on PC. If I use the LogmeIn client on a PC, I see all the network drives just file. I don't see the network drives on my iPhone either.,
