Fix for Inability to Display Search Results Using Keywords
A fix was implemented to display all matching results using the "Keywords" search option (e.g., by any valid keyword or service record number, such as #5346 or B#5346) when searching all incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles within the Global view & per-service views (for technicians) and customer portal view (for customers). (GTASD-1233)
