Like GoToAssist, it would be nice to have the ability to leave a GoToResolve icon on the desktop for those devices that don't utilize the unattended installer option.
The Leave Behind Applet streamlines the support process by allowing agents to leave the applet on the end-users' computer after a session ends. This enables quicker and more efficient subsequent support sessions.
