The phones support pauses, but the speed dials don't allow commas (,). Doesn't make sense. The "workaround" is for me to manually go into each phone and add the commas. C
I agree. We have a GoToConnect conference line that requires a code and members in our office often forget where to find the code. If we could add pauses to the speed dial line we could have the code dialed automatically.
Any update to this? The form used to enter in speed-dials does not permit commas or the plus sign.
This is currently not in development, but we plan to investigate if it is possible.
