We need an option to restrict SMS messaging to business hours only. Having our small team constantly responding to texts 24/7 is unhealthy and is taking a toll on their ability to serve our customers.
This is available for GoToConnect CX and Customer Engagement customers through the Multi-inbox function.
Similar question -- can we turn inbound SMS off completely? This is not a feature we can take advantage of at this time, and there are continuous issues with texts coming in and remaining unread.
