Is the ability coming for users who are remotely connected to a machine at work through a Goto Resolve remote session to print back to their local printer at their home office or offsite location?

Glenn just tried this, and it still is not working. Tries to bring the file from the session and starts the print process on my machine but fails. Remote print failed. Check your network. Pretty generic message so not sure when all other networking is fine.
So, it has a requirement of the end user's machine having the agent installed locally on it? Most of our users utilize the web interface. I will have to test it with one of them and see how it works.

Remote Printing is now available with the release of LMI Resolve version 1.25.xxx Please review the support article for more details: Remote print during a session
We are still waiting for this to be implemented. I was told that it would be released in Q4 of last year which was much later than initially promised. Many in your customer base were asking for it please make it happen!
