The filter section in the helpdesk is very thorough, but what would be useful are some quick buttons to filter for My Open Calls, All Open Calls, Overdue Calls etc
This would be great. I had this on another system and used it constantly. Some basic built-in one would be very nice, but the ability to customize them and save them as favorites would be good as well.
