Speeds up call transfers for reception handling high volume calls if they can just drag to another user
Hi @TawneeSantoy thanks for sharing your idea. There is drag and drop option available as an add-on feature called Attendant Console that can serve this function. You would need to speak with your sales or CSM to enable the add-on. For more information see this video.
