Our care managers would like to utilize AI to summarize call recordings each time they assist a customer. While the Goto system currently supports English language summaries, can you assist in adding Vietnamese language detection for future updates?
I support this request and would like to add Haitian Creole to the list. In our state alone, there are 80k Haitian Creole speakers, so I'm sure this would be a huge advantage for other states with similar demographics.
