Can we add a feature to the GoTo Connect team chats that allows users to reply directly to a specific message? This would display the original message alongside the reply, making conversations easier to follow.
This is a great suggestion! Our team utilizes the team chats for designated purposes/topics; more than one person will frequently post a message in a team chat and it becomes difficult to track the responses to previous posts when we aren't able to reply to them directly. This feature would improve our internal communications and make it easier for us to refer to/find certain information within our team chats. It would also be helpful to add this feature to the direct chats, too.
