I appreciate GoTo making the button templates but it needs another feature to be usable for me.
I always program 2 line keys. first line key shows the extension number and then the 2nd line key I enable "Label Inherent" to show the name. The reason I do this is so someone can see the ext of the phone and then when there is turnover there is a visual of the name that needs to be updated. There needs to be a button programming option inside of the templates to show users extension number.
