It would be valuable to have an option to receive a notification when another user finishes a call and becomes available.
This feature would support better call timing, reduce repeated check ins, and help teams connect more easily during busy periods. A right click option per extension (similar to that available in Teams) would keep control in the user’s hands and suit a range of team styles.
This would be especially helpful for reception, sales, and support teams who rely on quick follow up and smooth internal communication.
