I have an agent with numerous missed ring attempts against their name, is there a way i can report on this as they are stating they are not missing any calls.
Is there a report which includes time of attempt and number called?

This is currently not available, but we have had this request and a Missed Ring Analysis report is on the roadmap. I don't have a timeline at the moment, but we will keep the community updated.
