Currently, when creating tags within GoTo Connect Chat Assistants, there is no option to edit or rename them after they have been created. This becomes a challenge when a tag contains a typo, needs to be updated, or when naming conventions change over time.
It would be very helpful to have a feature or module that allows administrators to:
- Edit existing assistant tags
- Rename tags without deleting them
- Update tag colors or categories
- Maintain tag associations with existing conversations or workflows
- Manage tags from a centralized configuration panel
This enhancement would improve administration, organization, and scalability for teams managing multiple chat assistants and workflows.
