Currently, WhatsApp campaigns created in GoTo Connect cannot be deleted once they are no longer needed. This becomes difficult for teams that frequently perform demos, testing, or training sessions for different customers and users, since the campaign list quickly fills up with old or unused campaigns.
It would be extremely useful to have the ability to delete WhatsApp campaigns directly from the GoTo application.
Suggested functionality:
- Delete unused or test campaigns
- Bulk delete multiple campaigns
- Archive option before permanent deletion
- Filters for active, inactive, or demo campaigns
- Permission-based deletion for administrators only
This feature would help maintain a cleaner and more organized environment, especially for partners, support teams, and companies that regularly create demo environments.
