Change Call Park ring back ringing frequency

Currently the phones only give two beeps every 30 seconds when a call on park goes past the timeout limit set for call park. Can this be changed to beep every 10 seconds on after the timeout limit has been reached? Or create a variable administrators can change themselves. I want this to be slightly annoying to the user, so they won't leave the customer on hold so long.

Welcome to the Community Thanks for the suggestion and for explaining the use case.

Currently you can't change the notification interval for parked calls once the park timeout has been reached.

As a possible workaround, administrators can shorten the call park timeout and also reduce the user’s ring timeout. This can help bring the call back to the user more quickly if it isn’t answered.
