Corporate Directory Column Flexibility - Customizable Column Display in Soft Phone

I would like to be able to choose the columns that I would like to have displayed in my soft phone. Currently, I have to display Company and Email. I would like to have the flexibility to choose only name and extension.

I would also like to be able have the Company field says "District". We are a school district, not a company.
