In Goto Meeting, our recording will not play but instead shows, "Nobody has shared their screen or turned on their camera yet". We have never shared screens or used the camera, but for a few years simply call in on our phones and then go online to download the recording.
Hi: The new app does not allow me to unmute all participants at the click of one button. This makes it very difficult as I am unable to control the meeting and allow the participant that I want to allow to speak to be unmuted.
