Our training team has been receiving customer attendee feed and personally experiencing a situation where "Add to Calendar" .ics files will sometimes not open and cannot be saved to their MS Outlook calendars. I had a participant drop during a session when we were using breakout rooms. When she rejoined she was not placed in a breakout room but was in the main room with me? Is this expected? How do I get a person into a breakout if they drop during a session?
I had an issue today when I could not end the breakout rooms. Once I selected END, the counter counted down but when it got to 0 rather than the breakouts ending it returned to END again. I had to end the whole training session and ask people to log in again. Any suggestions what caused this and how to avoid it?
I've noticed that other products support virtual backgrounds, alternate screen sources (beyond just screens - e.g., cameras, videos), more flexible polling (types of questions), etc. Is GoToTraing a dying product? My attendees can no longer see the menu when right clicking on the task bar apps. This recently disappeared and I need it back!!! I teach Computer Basics and Windows classes and now I can't demonstrate these features to my attendees.
Is anyone else having a problem with breakout rooms. I have had issues where the end button does not work and I cannot bring the attendees out of the breakout rooms. I also have had occasions where only some of the attendees returned. The others stayed in the breakout room. It's getting to the point that GTT is no longerā¦
I had 30 delegates in my session and I split them out into 6 groups to work on an exercise which went fine. However, when I clicked on the end breakout rooms button, the countdown happened and everything at my end looked as though it was going fine.
