When attending gototraining sessions that I am not an organizer, I have noticed that the connection and audio information is in German (even though my setting is English). Also, the audio does not allow me to unmute although I can hear other presenters.
I can not find the support emailadress on the gtt website anymore. I used to send my support requests to the mailadress, because I never reached anyone via phone (Germany) and via email I am able to send logs and a detailed report. @Logmein: Can I still send my support cases via email and to which adress?
