In the "content library" function you can organize the files in some way, that is, create folders and that not all files are in the root?
It`s about GoToTraining platform. Is it possible to turn of all notification for my main email account (global administrator) and leave only the notification for Co-Organizers and participants? We try to Unsubscribe from email, but it`s not working. Any ideas, pls let me know.Ā

Any advice on why when I try to share my webcam it shows a spinning icon and says itās connecting, but nothing happens. When I check the preferences I see the webcam view in the āWebcam setupā, but the image is not being shared with others. I can see that my webcam is ok (and Iāve had no problem with it when using Teamsā¦
* Convert documents into a Google Doc format (ex. Google Slides) in the GoToTraining folder. Every time I try to share a google doc in a session I get an error message. Is this a known issue or is there a work around?
This happened to a user today. She had no issues during the first two sessions but cannot join after getting kicked out 15 minutes into a breakout.Ā
I hope you can help. I've tested this with my PC and Mac. I would like to see the Presenter View when sharing my PPT. On the pc, the offering is "show my application"; on the mac, it's "just an app". The dropdown offers a list of apps/windows open on my computer. If i have opened the PPT, the editing format is available.ā¦
I now have storage space in my recordings for only one recording. The length of my trainings has not changed. I've had my GoToTraining account for nearly five years, and until recently, have had storage space for numerous recordings of my trainings. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
