There is an option to resend the confirmation email, even if the event has passed. I believe this should be added to all email types, even follow-up emails with a certificate. It makes little sense why you're able to resend the confirmation email after the event, but can't resend the follow-up email.

In reminder emails and invitation emails received through Outlook, special characters (such as a registered trademark symbol) are not supported in the title. Further to this, the calendar hyperlinks and 'time until the webinar' values display random characters. Please can this be fixed?
