When an incoming call is received there should be a setting for a URL to be opened immediately or a button next to the incoming phone number. The URL should be something like www.domain.com/page.php?phone={phone number}
@unlatch Work on this was temporarily paused for some higher priority tasks, but it is still planned and we will update the status of this Idea once it's ready to release.

Hi @unlatch, this is currently a feature that can be configured via the GoTo Chrome extension.
We are also planning to re-create this feature directly in the GoTo App.
