We need to enable notifications for Team Chat threads.
Our dealership used multiple Team threads when we had RingCentral in multiple departments. It was vital to our Sales and service teams.
With GoTo, our Team Chats do not notify the end user, and you are not able to tag co-workers in the chats as well.
This is a major blocker, what is the point of a messaging app that does not notify you when a message arrives?
