Request for the following feature, which would be a great add on.
Distinct Audio Alert for Call ParkThe Call Park ringback sounds identical to a regular incoming call. Users can't tell if it's a new call or a parked call returning. A audio alert to the physical device itself or a distinct ringtone or even a screen label saying "Parked Call Returning" would fix this issue one of our client is facing.
