I am using Gotomypc to connect to a desktop workstation, that now does not have any monitors connected. When I log in using Gotomypc the screen will not refresh and the remote session will not work. When I simply plug in a monitor everything works normally.

How is it possible for activity to disappear from our GoToMyPC activity log (or be deleted)? I have a screenshot of the timeframe in question from over a year ago. There are 2 sessions and 2 attempts to access PCs that no longer appear in the record. Could someone have manipulated/deleted the record(s)? Thank you
