Remove Go to My PC software from my computer
I am trying out GoToMyPC; I have dual monitors on my host PC. While I can access both monitors from my remote computer, I cannot get both displays to appear simultaneously on my remote PC (with two monitors) by pressing SHIFT while clicking the FULL SCREEN button or menu item. Nothing happens.
I've seen conflicting information on the availability of refunds of pre-paid memberships. There are posts on here that mentioned refunds but the customer service person I just spoke to when canceling my account said the system was not able to process a refund request. Please help!
