As the administrator I have access to all of the PC's using Go To MY PC. 2 PC's are not showing, but if I go to the users it shows the PC's there. How do I get access to the 2 missing PC's? The users that have access to the 2 PC's do see them. Thanks Pat
Hi, My name is Avi, I’m the CTO of a cyber security company. We’ve noticed that a customer of ours is experiencing issues connecting when our solution is installed and after investigation, we have reason to believe that there’s a bug in GoToMyPC that occurs with our user-mode agent, even if it's disabled or in log-only…
For starters, is there seriously still no way to use a Mac at home and access multiple monitors at the same time? Meaning, the client computer can use two monitors at home to essentially mirror the experience of being on the host computer at the office, which is running two monitors on a PC. How do I completely and/or manually uninstall GoToMyPC from my host computer. Since last night several of my users, who have been remoting in every day for 2 months are having trouble connecting to host or are getting kicked out. We have to reboot their machines from a full shutdown and then do a Test Connection to get…

When the user clicks connect it says connecting to host and errors out. Has anyone had this issue? Anyone had this issue before? Thanks!

Have had this happen twice now, same user. When Gotomypc service gets flaky and disconnects people/won't let people connect, this user gets 'kicked out'. When she tries to reconnect, it says she's in session. From the Corporate dashboard, in active connections, it shows her as connected. When I click "end", it says "The…
