I do not see the option to add additional organizers in the the Manage Training page. I checked that my colleague does have permissions in our account as "Organizer for GoToTraining Starter with GoToMeeting". Does it matter if I organized the meeting via the web app or the desktop app? Thank you!

I have a team using GoToTraining today. They are pushing out polls, which are required for us to track attendance for CPE. However, the polls are closing automatically. They have connected with all co-organizers and no one is closing the polls. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix this?Â
