We are using GoTo Connect for a medical practice. I'm one of the on-call physicians. The only 5 or 6 choices available for type of alert sound on the iPhone GoTo app, are all less than a second and a half long. I didn't actually time them but they may be less than a full second.
I have the app set up so that visual alerts persist but if I'm not staring at my phone constantly (I'm well over 40 so that's not automatic for me!), I often miss time-sensitive, and sometimes emergency messages from my staff.
The choice of phone call alerts also is limited and the available choices aren't the most "ear-catching" for me.
What prevents adding some additional choices, or letting users personalize/customize alerts to better fit our functional needs?
