It would be helpful to have contact groups visible in the attendant console.

The latter is what I'm looking for. In the admin portal, there is a page for creating user groups (company contacts), which I've been able to utilize, and it works well. The feature I am interested in is organizing shared contacts into different groups and configuring certain contact groups to be visible in the attendant console.

In August we released Company Contact Groups to all Attendant Console users. This allows users to create customizable contact groups.
With Company Contact Groups, you can organize contacts by department, location, call queue, or any category that best suits your workflow.
Are you interested in creating custom groups with non-company contacts? This is currently not available, but you can use your contact favorites for access to non-Company contacts.
