During exams in GoTo Training, my attendees are seeing their score within the new pop-up window as white-color font on a white-color background. They can click-hold-drag across the blank area to highlight the text, but it's very confusing for many of my attendees. How can I fix this error?
Hi everyone! I am wondering if there is anyway for someone else to sign up multiple people at once for a training I am leading. For example, if the account manager for a client want to sign up 5 client contacts for my training, is that possible without going through the registration form 5 times?
Have now been booted from my own session 3 times today with a "You're done! An organizer has ended your session". I wasn't even using the keyboard or mouse of the system when it happened. Seems to occur about every two hours and didn't happen last week, so whoever added a 2-hour time limit needs to take it back out. Andā¦

We are having a problem with our students in that they are reading the email confirmation without understanding that they do not Join the webinar through the "Before the training" instructions. They click on the test your connection link and they think that by going in there they can access the webinar. They don'tā¦
We have many attendees that find it difficult to adjust their view (to display the polls) and we have taken a screen shot of the fit button but it's not very good. It would be helpful if you had a good screenshot to use for instruction of this feature.

I can set up a new training, can activate the "certficate for partcipant", but do not see how this certficiate looks like, what is written on, how can I change it... Hi - two of our teammates have experienced this...during a webinar, we run a separate chat in another application (Microsoft Teams) that we copy and paste GoTo messages into so that the team can decide who answers the question or if we need to table it. We keep our team chat separate so that the GoTo chat isn't full of ourā¦
Maybe we are missing this option. But can attendees not share their screens in GoTo Training? This would be incredibly helpful when attendees who are following along in the system get stuck.Ā
Am I the only one who is fed up with GTT FORCING CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH TO THE TERRIBLE 'NEW VERSION'! I have tested it and it's full of bugs and looks like a child's online game. The only thing that worked properly is the 'send an emoji reaction' which is ridiculous and not appropriate for a serious business trainingā¦
