Since logmein began requiring extra security protocol, when I login to my account and attempt to access the remote desktops all I see is a white screen. It is not a password issue as it allows me to login to my account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tammy
This is the dumbest part of LMI Rescue. Is there no way to prevent LMI from logging the remote computer off when the remote session ends? Why hasn't an option been added to disable this in the technician console yet? This causes nothing but problems for our support tech.

Is there a limit to the amount of remote computers that a technician can set up to have remote unattended access? I get to 12 and although i can setup another computer, it doesnt appear in the list of available connections. Is this the limit? if so, is there any way around it? Thanks
