Schools tend to use a rule to prevent calls to teachers during school classroom hours. your new Conditional Routing Node does not allow choosing internal extensions/directories to select those PBX extensions as allowable pass through callers to prevent any external numbers from passing through to the classroom during school hours. Would it be possible to get an additional Field- Drop Down selection to include the Internal Directory/Extensions as an option so it can compare a phone number (starts with, equals, etc.) for all internal extensions (not comparing by names, only extensions)? This way we could setup a conditional route for each classroom/teacher requiring the need to block calls during classroom teaching hours of the school day. We realize right now that requires setting up lots of dial plans to control this calling but see no other option. Maybe you could even add this to the Direct Extension Find-me/Follow-me routing adding an option before ringing the extension to have this same conditional routing right within the extension. Allowing Call Rules to be implemented on a direct extension permission. Then a Dial plan would not be needed if say, we can set these rules on the extensions themselves to have options for where to send each rules' condition. I.e. ring through or send to voicemail/other destinations. Thank you for considering this idea.
