Remove/Replace prefix in incoming Whatsapp (Eliminar/ Sustituir Prefijo en mensajes entrantes...)

This is the scenario:

If I want to send a template, I must enter the 10-digit number (55312xxxxx), Mexico's area code) in order for the message to be sent. Image 1 attached.

I select the Meta template and proceed to send the WhatsApp message. Image 2 attached.

So far, everything works correctly.

I proceed to close the conversation.

When the user to whom we sent the template in Image 1 sends a message, the contact arrives unregistered as: 52155312xxxxx. At this point, I link the contact to the one I already have registered with the 10-digit number. Image 4 attached.

If I close the conversation and another message arrives, the contact is not linked, and I have to repeat the process of linking the contact, as shown in Image 4.

If I try to save the contact with the 521 prefix (52155312xxxxx), I am unable to send messages. Image 5 attached.

What can you do to make this work efficiently?
