In the new GTT version - we have a presenter using a Mac laptop and when she puts her PowerPoint in full screen her mouse cursor disappears. It does not show even when she goes over the presenter toolbar, chat, people list, etc... How do we fix this problem?
Looks like the only way to turn it off is to click "Share Something Else" and that takes several seconds to get to. Is there a quicker way to turn that option off?

Since this new upgrade to the go to app, when ever I use shared screen to present using PowerPoint or showing a video embedded into a presentation, I am unable to use the slides show mode. The presentation and video remains frozen. I am unsure what to do.Â
